Day off of work!

Well... Again I forgot to get snacks and such ready before heading out on the town.. SO that kinda blew. I stopped by Walgreens and picked up a Yogurt Carb option or whatever they're called... cheese and some h20. I talked to my mom, I guess she has a personal dietician and in her diet she can have bread or carbs should I say. I told her i wanted to try this out first.. But she knows a lot too! So... that's refreshing.. cuz I think she's gonna start her diet again.. So we'll have even more feedback. I didn't see any messages up from you for today, HOPE it went good.. or alright.. When do you have to have blood taken? If you can't do the carb thing right now.. then Just concentrate on bunches of water. That'll help:) Did you get your cell phone?.. I could've sworn I saw an away message with your cell numba up. Lemme know ;) Again no exercise.. That's my NUMBA 1 downfall... I'm gonna have to kick my upcoming week up a notch. This weekend I'll probably be out and about a bit..That'll kinda replace exercise for those days.

Food Intake:
32oz. of H20
32oz. of Diet Green Tea
2 oz. of String Cheese
8 oz. of Carb Yogurt thingy
8 oz. Pork Rinds
12 Pieces of Celery
3 tbsp. Peanut Butter (Need to cut back on peanut butter... very high in fat)
1/2 rack of ribs (Dinner)
2 pieces of gum (not sugarfree... wasn't thinking)
